Encompass Community Supports

The mission of Encompass Community Supports (formerly known as Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services) is to improve the quality of life of residents of Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange, and Rappahannock counties by providing housing, comprehensive behavioral health, substance use, developmental disability, children's and aging services.

About Encompass Community Supports

Founded in 1972, ECS has been serving the community for 52 years.

We are one of 40 Community Services Boards (CSBs) and 25 Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs) in Virginia—and the only agency that combines both. CSBs provide access to publicly funded mental health, developmental disability, and substance use services.
